Overview
What I built.
An SPG Technologies client project: a React Native mobile application that packages an existing property portal into a native experience and adds device-level capabilities such as Firebase messaging, token persistence and mobile lifecycle handling.
Challenge
The problem.
Turn an existing browser-based property platform into a reliable mobile application while preserving session behaviour and integrating native notification services.
Contribution
What I did.
Embedded the property portal in a React Native WebView with cookie/session support.
Integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging and device-token storage.
Implemented WebView-to-native message handling for user/device synchronisation.
Added native splash/lifecycle handling and Android/iOS project configuration.
